The price of 3d visualization

The visualization price is calculated based on the area of a particular project – the areas of several different projects are summed up only if advanced payment for the final area is made
The price can be changed depending on the complexity of the project
Minimum fixed price for projects with an area of up to 15 sq.m. – $150
Creating a 360° panorama for a single room – $50
Prices are relevant for modern design projects
Prices and terms for the product visualization are negotiated individually (starting from $100)

PRO-models from 3dsky for the initial technical specification are included in the price
One 360° panorama for the first collaboration is free
Creation of a virtual 3D-tour from several 360° panoramas is included in the price
Modeling of cabinet furniture is included in the price
Post-processing of final renders is included in the price
Bathrooms, dressing rooms, balconies and loggias are included in the total footage of the project
Huge personal collection of PRO-models
Individual sun for each view for the perfect light composition – I am using a script Environment Per Camera (EPC) I have developed

Terms and Conditions Payment

Advanced payment of 50% after reviewing the technical specification and 50% before sending the final renders and 3D-tours
Reservation of the date for starting work on the project (within a period of no more than 2 weeks) is carried out only on a 50% prepayment
With an advanced payment of 100% for projects with an area above 50 sq.m. you get 1 close-up view and one additional 360° panorama for free

Deadlines, views

2-4 days for 1 room before the first renders, depending on the complexity of the project and details of technical specification
4-6 views per room
The size of the first renders is 1000 px on the large side
The size of the final renders is 2000 px on the large side
The size of the 360° panorama is 8000 х 4000 px
Time to render each first render – up to 10 minutes
Time to render each final render – up to 1 hour
Time to render each final 360° panorama – up to 10 hours
Virtual 3D-tours and 360° panoramas are created only with final renders and are posted on my site

Corrections

2 lists of corrections from the client and 2 lists of corrections from the customer are included in the price
Making non-global corrections after first renders in the form of changing shades and/or views does not apply to the list of corrections
Corrections from the client and/or the customer (re-rendering of views) are carried out only according to the corrections list – each correction is not rendered separately
Renders of several variants of furniture, color shades, materials or room layouts to be chosen by the customer are considered as corrections or are paid separately
Making corrections and/or creating new views after the final renders were made is paid at the rate of $20 per hour, including render time
New conditions and wishes on the part of the client, not agreed upon before the start of cooperation, are paid at the rate of $20 per hour, including the render time – or negotiated separately

Models, materials

Modeling of unique, complex objects or objects from photos is paid separately (there are 2 experienced modelers in my team)
Modeling of objects based on low-quality and/or blurry photos is not carried out
The purchase of additional materials (photos from photo-stocks for the panoramic view from the window, etc.), if they cannot be replaced with other available materials, is carried out by the client
3D models from 3dsky, purchased by me for the initial technical specification, are not transferred to the client
3DS Max project scene file transfer (geometry only) – 30% of the project price. Transfer of a fully configured scene and accompanying files (without further consultations) – 50% of the project price. Additional paid authorized copies of my script «EPC» (Environment Per Camera) for each future user of the scene ($45 for one authorized copy)

NDA

Compliance with the terms of the «NDA» (Non-disclosure agreement) on the non-publication of the final renders in my portfolio within a period of not more than 1 year is 30% of the project price
The «NDA» conditions apply only to the final version of the project approved by the client – all other options created during the work on the project are not subject to the «NDA» conditions
The «NDA» conditions do not apply to already completed works (final renders) created before the signing of the «NDA» conditions

Important conditions

The work is carried out only according to the full and approved technical specification – the design is not created during the visualization
In case of questions, without answers to which it is impossible to continue assembling the scene, the project completion time is increased by the time of waiting for a response from the client
If the feedback from the client is delayed for more than 5 days for any reason – further work on the project is carried out on a first-come/first-served basis with other clients
Remote work only
I do not perform test and other free tasks
The beginning of cooperation implies familiarizing the client with all the above conditions and agreeing to them
